đ Why It Matters The 16 Days of Activism is a global campaign, but in Cameroon, it takes on a deeply local resonance. Fireside discussions symbolize community, tradition, and shared responsibility. By reclaiming this cultural practice, organizations are bridging the gap between policy advocacy and grassroots dialogueâensuring that the fight against gender-based violence is both inclusive and sustainable.
⨠Moving Forward This campaign is more than a series of events; it is a call to action. Every conversation, whether at a fireside or in a formal forum, contributes to dismantling harmful norms and building a future where women and girls live free from violence.
